What is an Action Peer Advisory Group?
An Action Peer Advisory group is formed virtually around a small group of non-competing SME owners and founders who agree to help each other build their businesses. Monthly meetings are held online with a structured process led by the group facilitator.
How do I join a group?
It's an easy process:
Meet with the facilitator around a simple strategic assessment looking at the Core Competencies For Business Success. There is no cost for this valuable session, no matter what your decision is regarding the group.
Evaluate the 1-2 main areas you need to work on in your business with the intention bring those issues out to the group.
Commit to the low enrollment fee and attend the first meeting!
What are the commitments?
Simple:
Commit to being there at the monthly group meeting
Be willing to be authentic and transparent in the group
Share helpful ideas freely to help the other members, based on your own experience.
Commit to meeting the Facilitator periodically to evaluate your results
